PIGEON SHOOTING INFORMATION
In some situations, the extent of pigeon problems is such that conventional control methods may not be suitable or viable. Shooting is normally carried out as a last resort and is normally a short-term solution to a long-term problem. The Pied Piper Pest Control technicians are authorised under general licence to shoot pigeons. We will only ever recommend shooting once we have carried out an extensive site survey. If shooting is required this would only be done by RSPH trained technicians within legal requirements self-imposed codes of good practice and this is carried out in a humane and discreet manner. Before the commencement of any shoot we would consult with the local police and let them know that a shoot is taking place.
